Here we offer a sunny, south-facing apartment in the listed house ensemble with a living space of 53 m². The apartment has two rooms of 16 m² each, a kitchen of 7 m² and a bathroom of 5 m². Because of the direction to the South and the location on the first floor, the apartment is really bright. The rooms have a stone-wodden floor. The bathroom is tiled in white and equipped with a bathtub. In the kitchen there is a small store room.The house is centrally heated by district heating, in the rooms you will find the original cast iron radiator fins.

The residential ensemble was built in the 50s in the style of so-called Stalinbauten. Located in the second row to the Karl-Marx-Allee, the houses have beautiful details such as decorative elements along the facade and the roof and the stairwells with terrazzo.

All future works at the house will be done under supervision of the conservation authority. Starting in 2016, the current owner will paint all stairwells in the original colours from back when the first tenants moved in.
